Artwork Guidelines

We have prepared a guide to assist you in navigating our system. If you have any concerns not covered in this guide, feel free to contact us. Kindly read them to avoid improperly prepared files which could cause delays in manufacturing.

There are three options in choosing or creating your card design: Custom Design, Browse Design and Upload Design.

CUSTOM DESIGN

     If you want to let your creative juices flow, you can create a card artwork from scratch through our Custom Design Option. Choosing this option will redirect you to a web-based blank canvass where you can have the liberty to create your own card design. There are multiple fonts available for your text, plus there are also different image galleries to choose from. You can also add icons, clip arts, logos, and background images from your computer. Just make sure that the image resolution is at least 300 dpi and the file format is in jpg/jpeg, png, gif, pdf, svg, or bmp.

BROWSE DESIGN

You can also opt for a Shop on Cue template which is editable and easy to revise according to your preferences. The interface is basically the same as the Custom Design option, except that you won’t have to start with a blank canvass. Design elements such as texts, shapes, and images can be added to or removed from the template. You can also upload images from your computer, just make sure that the image resolution is at least 300 dpi and the file format is in jpg/jpeg, png, gif, pdf, svg, or bmp.

UPLOAD DESIGN

  • If you already have a ready-to-print card design, then you can upload it straight away. 

  • Do take note of the following requirements:

  1. Card dimensions

    1. Standard: 88.5 mm x 56.65 mm

    2. Oversized: 140 mm x 88 mm  

  2. Resolution: 300 dpi

  3. Texts on the card should be legible and crisp.

  4. Color Format: RGB

  5. File Format: jpg/jpeg, gif, png, eps, ai, pdf, zip, tar, rar, cdr, psd or bmp

  6. File size: less than 50mb.

 

 

DIGITAL PROOFS

  • We provide a PDF file as electronic soft proof intended to show you the layout in its entirety and its design elements. However, its color accuracy is not guaranteed.
